Pirates. Pirates.

If it weren't so serious, it would be mind-boggling. It all feels so anachronistic. A hundred years from now, we're going to look so... so... primitive and lawless. I feel so very lithographed.

Only a few years ago, a different region was garnering media attention for piracy.

I don't understand why they just haven't sent in ninjas yet.

Just kidnapping, essentially, like any other 3rd world contry...they just do it over water.

They just get to use the name because they're at sea. They're not 'real pirates.' I bet not a-one of them wears an eye-patch or says 'yaar!'

I have to admit to having a tiny crush on the sea captain who sacrificed himself to save his crew, AND tried to rescue himself by jumping overboard. That man's got balls. And courage. I love a man with balls...and courage. :)
